‘Tierklinik Aarau West AG’ is the largest vet-owned small animal clinic in Switzerland. More than 140 employees provide a professional and state-of-art service for our patients. Our clinic is characterized by the interdisciplinary cooperation of a great number of diplomates and the interaction with our motivated trainees, interns, assistants, seniors and veterinary nurses.

Our team consisting of an ECVAA eligbl. specialist, several experienced veterinary anaesthesia technicians (VATs) and veterinary nurses supply proficient anaesthesia skills to our surgical and medical units. To support this team, we’re looking for an

Anaesthesiologist (f,m,d; 40 - 100%)

You will be in charge of
- the coordination of daily anaesthesia procedures
- support and advising our VATS and nurses with expertise
- training of assistants, interns and nurses
- participation of revising and establishing anaesthesia standard procedures

Your qualifications include
- a diploma of ECVAA/ACVAA or eligible education
- the knowledge of spoken German is very much appreciated, but a candidate speaking English fluently and willing to learn German could also be considered
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- interest and – preferably - experience in coordination and education
- a straightforward approach
- joy in a busy work routine
